As part of the Outer London Fund Programme, conservation and improvement works are being carried out on 10 properties, located within an Art Deco curved parade on Central Road, Worcester Park.
Works including restoring the upper facades and providing new shop front signage. The Programme aims to revitalise shop fronts within the London Borough of Sutton District Centre.
Other various improvement works are being carried out on many other High Street shop fronts in Sutton, Cheam and Worcester Park.
All the shops continue to trade throughout the duration of the works, therefore full public access has to be maintained during regular trading hours.
