This project comprises the decoration of 14 no apartments. 9 apartments are conversions within the existing building, and 5 are part of a new timber frame, two-storey extension. The extension has been built on top of existing retail units.
Access to the site is via Sutton High Street, so careful consideration has been given to the surrounding businesses throughout the project.
